We live in a global world and in classrooms today the teacher will always be faced with a diversity of learners especially in terms of language and culture. This implies that we cannot treat every learner in exactly the same way. We have to make plans to involve every learners irrespective of home language and cultural grouping in the lesson. This article gives us some insights on how this may be achieved.
